Zachary is a great host, and the house is incredibly clean and comfortable. Honestly, my family caused an issue with the home, and Zachary was incredibly kind in managing towards resolution. I highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for a great place to stay in metro Detroit, this is it. Jacob and Jesus's place was perfect for my girlfriend and me while we were in town. The location is hard to beat—Royal Oak is a great area with lots to do, and you’re just a short drive from the Detroit Zoo, awesome restaurants, and plenty of grocery stores. You'll definitely want a car, but everything you need is super close by. The neighborhood itself is quiet and feels really welcoming. The place was clean, comfortable, and a great spot to relax when we weren’t out exploring. We had a small issue pop up during our stay, and Jacob and Jesus responded within minutes and had it resolved by the time we got back that same day. Super responsive and helpful hosts. The hot tub was a highlight—setting it to 99 degrees felt amazing on a cool spring day. Can’t say enough good things about the place or the hosts.

Communication was top tier from start to finish. The host was incredibly accommodating with our booking and allowed an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the house matched the listing perfectly. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our wedding and it was a great find! Lots of rentals on the street for family but we had the best setup for the grooms getting ready photos. A huge yard on the water and lots of natural light. Place also has A newer hot tub that was easy to use and could hold up to 6 easily. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was gorgeously renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).

The pictures don't do justice to just how wonderful this house is. It's cosy and comfortable. Ally has stocked the house with everything we could possibly need for a great stay. The backyard was so peaceful! Ally is a wonderful host. We booked this place after cancelling another trip due to reasons out of our control. Ally was extremely understanding of our needs and helped us immensely to make sure we could have a great last minute trip. We are so grateful to Ally for saving our vacation plans!
