Think of your old aunty’s home now a holiday house but with wifi. The quiet neighbourhood is mainly permanents although it’s at the centre of Yamba’s iconic beaches. It’s ideal for a family travelling with grandparents or couples and friends. The sleep-out is basic no aircon but fans: a good space for loud snorers, teens, or independent youngsters.

The loft over the kitchen has a queen bed with view. Down stairs are 2 bedrooms 1 has a queen bed the other has 2 singles, there is an ensuite and a bathroom plus a toilet on the first floor. There is a double garage,one side has outdoor table and chairs , a dart board and BBQ. Ditch the car you are within walking distance to every thing
