Welcome to Common Kosci, located on our rural property in the rugged Alpine Outback of the Snowy Mountains town, Jindabyne. The architect designed 'black boxes' were built by a local carpenter over the year of 2022. Hard wearing, locally sourced materials and furnishings are throughout to ensure comfort and indulgence were at the forefront for every detail and nook in this beautiful, spec cabin.

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years.
