Tucked away in the aspens on a quiet street, yet still just ~10mins from everything Angel Fire has to offer. ATVs are welcome, but must follow local/state/forest rules and regulations. ATV trailer parking at street. IMPORTANT NOTE: The driveway is gravel and steep! A 4x4 vehicle is required (& snow chains recommended in winter). DO NOT BOOK if you aren't comfortable with steep & narrow drives.

Backyard access hiking/biking trails, 8 min walk to Monte Verde Lake, 5 min drive to resort, etc. We have a shared border with national forest, the property is quiet, private & accessible. High quality finishes and bedding, radiant heat in kitchen and bath, mini-splits, & a beautiful kitchen. Full bed nooks for kids and beautiful king loft. Hike, bike, paddle, ride, golf, fish. We do have hot water!
