If you need a place near Clemson, I-85, Greenville, river rafting, hiking, antique shopping, or if you just want to getaway with your friends and family to enjoy fun in the sun with beautiful sunsets and campfires, this is the perfect place for you!! Oh, and the fishing is fantastic! This rental includes the ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL of our waterfront home, and can sleep 6 adults! Please note that this is attached to our private residence but you have a completely separate entryway and 100% privacy!

The Cobb Vacation House

Looking for a Lake Hartwell getaway! This spacious lakefront home has room for everyone! Spend your mornings relaxing in the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Afternoons can be enjoyed down by the dock where you can sunbathe, kayak or just float around. Fish, dock your boat or jet ski. Public boat ramps are just a short drive away. Relax by the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the WOOD BURNING fireplace in the living room off a spacious kitchen and dining room. A great way to spend a vacation.

Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.
