This studio is on the 6th floor of a historical building in the heart of the city. It's filled with vintage mid century décor. The original metal cabinets are stocked with basics. The location is the best thing about this studio. It's close to the train station, the coastal trail, pubs, restaurants, shops and galleries. The building locks at 5:00pm so if you arrive in time, you won't need assistance checking in. The historical building has an elevator, but there are about 4 steps to navigate.

Spacious Mountainside Studio

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!
