We were in much need of some rest and relaxing, so we did stay indoors quite a bit, the surroundings gave us the peace needed to do that. When we did venture out for some shopping it was very easy to get downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Dan’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to downtown and local attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was Dan’s exceptional hospitality. He was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We highly recommend this property to future guests - it's a gem! 5 stars ⭐️ for it! We needed a last-minute place to stay while traveling back from Fairbanks for our flight, and the apartment was exactly what we needed in Anchorage. It was really clean and comfortable for the three of us for a couple of nights.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay! We were in town for medical training so we needed someplace stress free and comfortable. I am picky on what neighborhoods I stay at in Anchorage, this is a very safe area for the north part of town and great access to the airport, Minnesota Highway, and Earthquake park with paved trails.

Downtown Vintage Charm

This was the perfect spot for my weekend stay! Eric and Lana were the best kind of hosts, and they made the entire stay super easy! I needed a package mailed to me, and when it arrived a little early, they made it a smooth process to get it to me once I checked in. The place is super clean, comfortable, homey, and quiet. Everything was wonderful! 10/10 recommend!

Johanna’s apartment was very quiet, clean, and spacious. Plenty of things to do nearby. Loved the Alaskan decor and the bed was super comfortable. I had a great stay and will stay again in the future if possible.

This was hands-down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The home is in a peaceful, quiet, and calm neighborhood—I felt completely safe the entire time, which is especially important as a solo female traveler. While I heard a few airplanes now and then, it wasn’t bothersome at all, and the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs just in case. The shower was fantastic, with incredibly soft towels and amazing amenities—everything felt like an extra special touch, from the snacks and bottled water to the extra toiletries the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I briefly met John, who was super friendly and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and thoughtful place to stay.

The location was absolutely perfect for my month long stay! Close enough to access points as well as feeling secluded enough that the business of midtown didn’t feel overwhelming when it came time to rest. Cozy stay and just the right size!

A great stay for my girlfriend and I. We stayed a total of 8 days and the stay overall was amazing. There were two minor things that i’d have to “complain” about, however would not steer me away from booking here again. I was thrown off that the location itself is numerous of units combined. Looks like an old “motel” type building that was turned into multiple airbnbs. This unit itself gets pretty warm, but the host provided small fans inside to help. Like I said just minor things that caught me off guard but a great place for a stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Jacob’s place. It was a wonderful surprise that the place is so quiet and peaceful but also is close to everything. Jacob was very friendly and always quickly responded. We will definitely return in the future!

Spacious One Bedroom in Midtown

This apartment was perfect for us. Spacious one bedroom. Private entry is always nice to have at an Airbnb. This apartment is the lower unit and kind of hard to see the drive way from the main road so we would have to walk around the house to receive our DoorDash orders or to wave down our uber drivers. We did have an encounter with a proposed homeless lady entering the unit when we were home and kept the door unlocked, messaged the host and she was quick to respond about the incident. Not the host fault at all, just a random encounter that can happen anywhere. I would request to stay again in the future.

Peaceful Inlet Sanctuary

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!
