Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!

Freestanding cozy but spacious CASITA for 2-3 guests(3rd guest$39) Share our relaxing unique backyard or walk to the lively "Plaza of Orange", a fun outdoor dining/shopping/antiquing area in Old Town Orange. We are close to Chapman University, 2 malls, outlets, parks, freeways, Anaheim convention center and the Honda Center. Disneyland is a 12 minute drive. There is lots of free street parking. Friends allowed but no parties. Occasionally 2 Dachsies may stop by to say HI!

This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in Sunny Hills Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.
