We only stayed in Carolyn's apartment for a day but it seemed well equipt and in a great area. Nice little ocean view. Small space but efficient and well stocked.

We love our stay! Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The views and coffee in the morning watching surfers was priceless! Highly recommend this place as it’s close to everything!

We immediately felt right at home and welcomed by Regina and Scott. From the well organized binder of information to every amenity one might need, this is THE place to spend a week. When not running out to the sites on the Big Island, this property will meet all your needs. The room was quiet and had easy access. We could easily walk to town or have dinner on our private lanai while watching the sunset. When the staff blows the conch shells at sunset, all will be right in your world.

The condo had everything we needed and looked just like the photos. The beach gear was a fantastic touch, making our beach days effortless and fun. The fully stocked kitchen was nice—we loved being able to buy fresh fruit and prepare it at home. The bed was comfortable, and while there’s no AC in the bedroom, the fan kept the space comfortable. The location was conveniently located - only a 2-minute drive to the closes white sand beach and 15-20 minutes to Costco and Walmart. The street outside can be a bit loud from the passing cars, so the lanai wasn’t the quietest spot to relax, but it wasn’t an issue inside, and we slept well. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Tom was an excellent host—he was proactive and highly responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, a well-equipped and conveniently located stay that made our trip enjoyable!

We chose Chris's place for the gorgeous view and nearness to the ocean. We were not disaeppointed; we spent all the time we were there, except for sleeping and showering, on the lanai, looking out on the ocean. We fell easily asleep to the sound of the waves. The sea breeze and the fans were sufficient to cool the apartment. When it was time for us to leave for the airport, we packed our car and gave ourselves some extra time to just sit on the lanai one last time, loving the view. I don't think I will ever forget it. We were impressed by the well-stocked kitchen and most appreciative. Beyond salt, pepper, and evo, there were spices and condiments, rice (and a rice cooker!) and soy sauce, and even some cocktail makings. The pots and pans and knives were excellent. It was no struggle at all to prepare meals and clean up with the help of a full-size dishwasher. An initial stop at a 24-hr safeway and one more trip were all we needed, plus a trip to an amazing fishmonger.

Our stay was in a great location in Kailua Kona with lots of local sights and an amazing view. Betsy and Bobby were great hosts and were always responsive. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink and as soon as we let Betsy know, they immediately came over and had the faucet replaced. We started and ended our days and nights on the lanai sipping coffee or a cocktail while taking in the amazing views. The unit had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, fins and goggles. The kitchen and bedroom are stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We highly recommend this great place and we will stay here again the next time we plan a trip to the big island. Mahalo!

Just like the photos-right on the water in a nice complex with a clean pool and nice amenities. Our kiddo loved having beach toys and we appreciated the chairs, umbrella and cooler. Marta was an amazing host, helping coordinate check in and out times with our flights, without me even having to ask. The only downside we felt was that it’s not particularly walkable-you have to get in the car for most things. This, of course, is not the hosts fault and overall we really enjoyed our stay, just an FYI if you don’t know the area well.

Probably the best unit in the Magic Sands complex, we loved having the lanai for meals amd watching the sun set! Great location and lots of thoughtful touches.

I’ve always wanted to stay on the lush, green side of the Hawaiian Islands, and we chose this place for its beautiful location with easy access to both Kona and Hilo. Our host, Maryann, ensured a smooth check-in, even offering to pick us up in Honokaa or wait by the road with her car lights on so we wouldn’t miss the turn. Since we arrived late, she kindly did some shopping for us and provided complimentary local fruit, chocolate, and nuts—everything top quality, and she wouldn’t accept reimbursement. Throughout our stay, she was helpful and responsive, offering great recommendations for places to visit, markets, and restaurants. The property is immaculate, peaceful, and beautiful. The balcony offers stunning ocean views and a partial view of Waipio Beach and Valley. If you're lucky, you might even spot whales! Maryann’s generosity stood out, as she was flexible with checkout and let us stay as long as we needed. I highly recommend this place!

House is same as in pictures. Anne is wonder host, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for perfect sea views and many activities around with good food and very lively around.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Peter, Lori, and Maggie were incredibly kind and responsive, and the little touches throughout the home made it feel extra special. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here at this air bnb. The rooms are clean, comfortable and as described in the listing. The host is incredibly friendly and they've provided everything we need during this trip. In addition, the view from this house is also wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at David’s Airbnb! We had 9 people during our stay and the house was great. A few of our highlights were the incredible location, comfortable beds, peaceful neighborhood, well-stocked home, and comfortable living space. Our family loves the beach so it was extremely fun to have multiple beach accesses within minutes of walking. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises and even found turtles sunbathing everyday towards the late afternoon/evening! The neighborhood was fairly quiet and we enjoyed going on walks right around the home. Another highlight was the beautiful backyard and garden area. We picked some fresh limes and enjoyed eating them with our meals, this was a special treat! We also loved how well-stocked the house was. David had one of the best stocked airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. There was plenty of bathroom, kitchen, laundry products as well as towels/beach towels and plenty of stuff for the beach! David was incredible to work with! Loved this!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

This home is in a paradise location. We snorkeled everyday at Kahalu’u Beach Park across the road (we rented gear at Snorkel Bobs down the street.) The out side space/lanai and full sliding doors in the living room were wonderful to enjoy the ocean view. Sleeping space with our group was tricky. The house sleeps 4 couples. We 3 couples and had 3 grown boys. 1 got the extra queen bed. Additional sleeping space (trundle and roll away) was tricky and not comfortable for adult sizes. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The bbq was great to have and clean. There were e-bikes close by. Grocery, shops and many restaurants and beaches within a few minutes.

This was a great place to stay on the big island. The property was fantastic. I would go again. The beach shown on line is not on the property or near the property but there is a small area on magic sand beach to wade into about 1000’ away that is a public beach. You need to drive 15 miles north to find a nice beach.

Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home on the ocean! We enjoyed watching the surfers and sunset daily from the lanai or floor to ceiling windows, the sound of the ocean waves so rhythmic and calming. The condo is quiet, the pool and hot tub are great after a day of exploring. The kitchen was decently stocked to prepare daily meals and the condo was clean and well taken care of. The location was excellent, close to town/restaurants in one direction and beaches for snorkeling and picnicking in the other direction. Jennifer had snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and picnic coolers available for our use. We also had a designated, covered parking spot with secure, but easy access to condo. A wonderful stay! I hope our family can return again one day!

We loved our stay here while visiting family nearby. We have a family of 5 - so having the 3rd sofa bed was helpful. View of ocean was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Kids loved the pool area, which was close by the unit and was never crowded. We only needed the ac units at night, as a nice breeze goes through the condo during the day using the screen doors.

Cute little condo with a nice view and very convenient to walk to restaurants and entertainment. Everything was as described - very large bedroom, small bathroom, coin-operated laundry. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants - particularly On The Rocks just a few minutes walk away.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for my fiancè and I, in terms of space. Loved being able to cook breakfast every day, enjoyed the comfy couch, and eating some meals on the balcony overlooking the water. Great location as well in terms of restaurants and beaches. We'd stay here again!

We stayed a few days at a resort before staying at Terry’s, and we lived Terrys place so much more! We felt like we were experiencing the “real” Big Island and culture! We want to gone back!

What a perfect place to stay. Beautiful view and awesome accommodations. Quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to everywhere. Chad was great! Super helpful and attentive. Very comfortable place to stay with everything you could want. Would highly recommend to everyone.
