The appt is suitable for a couple, or business travelers. The apartment is a private part of our house, has your own entrance and is located on the second floor (2 stairs up). +two bikes to use for free!

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar.
