Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. By bus it is 20 minutes from Central Station Amsterdam en by bike about 30 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Also about 25 minutes to Volendam by car.... 3 free parking places in front of the house and also a gym in the gardenhouse. Oostzaan is a Nice small village with supermarket and grocery shops on walking distance.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Verscholen in de bossen van Soestduinen, op het Landgoed de Paltz ligt de Barn. Deze van oorsprong oude schuur is nu een sfeervolle vakantiewoning en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het Landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. De Barn is te boeken vanaf 2 nachten. Voor bedrijfsboekingen door de weeks zijn aangepaste verblijftijden of dagboekingen mogelijk.

After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.
