Launch your canoe just steps from the cabin's entrance, bike into town for lunch, or go hiking or skiing on the nearby trails, this cabin is nestled in the perfect location! This is a studio size cabin with one queen bed, sofa (with pull-out queen mattress), bathroom, kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker & outdoor grill.

Wood River Retreat: Private Cabin Above the River

Extremely private wooded getaway nestled deep in the woods overlooking the Wood River, about an hour drive from the Twin Cities & 1.5 miles from the St Croix River. With many modern touches, it's still very much a cabin. Relax on the wood deck on top of the ravine or in the large screen porch. Get cozy by the wood-stove, the new sauna, fire-pit or swim in the river. Enjoy total seclusion or visit many local restaurants & parks with great hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, birding, and skiing.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Also conveniently located approximately 15 minutes out side of Superior Wisconsin where you will have access to any needs or amenities along with more sites to see!

Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!

Romantic Forest Cabin, Sauna, Trail to Beach

Treat yourself to a deluxe stay in this quiet, newly constructed cabin with picture windows, screened porch and barrel sauna. Enjoy long days and sunsets at Corny Beach, a 10 min walk from the cabin along a nature trail. Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog ($50 pet fee). A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

Upon your arrival to Buffalo Valley you will receive a warm welcome with an escort to your house by the host, in the beautiful north woods. At check in you will receive a key to the cabin. (Please note that the house capacity is 6 guests, no exceptions. We also have a NO pet policy.) There is a guide book that gives you all the information you will need. You will love how remote you are, yet so close to town. Enjoy the fire pit and sauna in the comforts of the wilderness!

The cabin features a sauna, a beautiful stone shower, two bathrooms and a tub. The south side of the land runs along the knife river with an overlook, perfect for the sunrise.
