In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. Katerina Mare a Lourdas Beach offre un'esperienza di affitto unica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Goditi splendide viste, i suoni rilassanti delle onde e tramonti indimenticabili. Ristoranti e un minimarket si trovano a soli un minuto di distanza. Rilassati nel giardino circondato da rigogliosa vegetazione. L'accesso alla spiaggia è comodo attraverso scale nelle vicinanze. Non è necessaria l'auto poiché l'autobus locale collega a zone popolari raggiungibili a piedi.

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.
