The location was GREAT! Right downtown, walking distance from most bars and stores! The space was what was shown, small but quaint and cozy. Great price! The only negative part of booking is the excessive communication with multiple emails and texts with a lot of instructions telling you to give phone numbers, emails, pictures of driver licenses and selfies! I think it was worth it for the price, but just know it’s a lot of communication and instructions and rules. The host is very kind though and wants to do all she can to make your stay a good one.

My siblings and nephews stayed here for a family funeral in the area. We absolutely loved the charm of this cozy farmhouse. You feel right at home the minute you walk in. We loved the antique furniture, the ‘chalk walls’ and the unique vibe of this place. The corn hole and bocce ball set was a nice bonus to enjoy playing in the yard. A few spring flowers were popping through, but we missed out on seeing how lovely the gardens must be in full bloom in the summer! John who was working at the adjacent 14th Coffee Co. shop was very friendly and knowledgeable, we highly recommend his maple oat milk lattes! We will definitely stay here again when back visiting our relatives in the area.

Jason was an awesome and super responsive host. The house was super clean and it was in a nice quiet area while still only being a short car ride from night life. Would highly recommend!

We came to Detroit for a girls trip and it is safe to say that we will absolutely be staying at Sara’s again! It had everything we needed and more for our week in town! It made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend staying here!

This flat was well-appointed and very esthetically pleasing. Safe, quiet location just blocks from a fabulous Detroit pizza/craft beer joint and also a food court! Seamless check-in and check-out with clear, detailed instructions. Perfect stay for this foursome who was in town for an event at Ford Field.

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

We were so happy to return. A little planning ahead (& a couple little asks) on our part made this an even better visit than last. It will be tough to find another place that suits us and the pups as well—great opportunity to think up another reason to visit their guest house again. Amazing find in Corktown if you are looking for a great central location! The decor is unlike any other in the area. I would highly recommend for groups looking for lots of space and comfort. Thank you once again to the host for being so responsive! We would definitely stay again!

This is the second of Jennifer’s listings we’ve stayed at and it was just as cozy and clean as the first! Jennifer is a very responsive and friendly host, and the house was clean, nicely decorated, and easy to settle into. Would happily stay again.

Simon and Sarah's place was the perfect stay for the two guests in our party. It was in a lovely location that felt like a safe place to stay in! It was just under a 20 min drive to downtown which was perfect for day trips. The provided amenities were perfect and definitely needed for our 2 week stay there. Sarah was very kind and checked in often with us making sure that our stay was going smoothly! We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. This unit was right next to the pool which was awesome! Bed arrangements were nice for a larger group. The unit definitely needs some updating, but it worked for our group.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my 2 kids aged 8 and 11. The place was nice and clean and the host was easily contactable and sent us a message every couple of days to check all was ok. We had plenty of room and facilities to cook and do our laundry. The pool area out the back was great and my kids and I spent many hours swimming. I would definitely consider booking again if we are back in the area next year.

Can’t complain! This unit was perfect for my family! We were on the island for the Sports Car Races and had a blast! The ease of renting a golf cart was also so great! The sunrises and the moon viewing is incredible.

Great space for 4 couples as we don't want to share bedrooms at our age Golf cart rentals on site are great! Pool was still open so that was a plus and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island. Great experience. I know it is the end of the season but it could have been a bit cleaner on the desk and living room just spiders and shad flies. we live on the south side of Lake Erie also from Canada so we are used to it but expected it to be cleaned up and it was not, however it did not affect our trip had a great 60th birthday celebrations. thanks again,
