We were in the area to meet our son's fiance's extended family. Nathania's home was perfect! We had 7 adults and 5 little boys ages 9, 7, 5, 2, and 2 months. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time together. The hot tub, kayaks, and foosball table were especially popular! We were able to host a family dinner with guests which was wonderful. Everything we needed for preparation was readily available. Lots of beautiful parks, playgrounds, hiking areas. Plenty to keep everyone entertained! Nathania was extremely kind, gracious, and responsive to questions. We had absolutely zero issues. So grateful for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your idyllic home with us. We hope to visit again!!!

We enjoyed a short ski trip to Berkshire East. M's place was comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. They even had dog bowls and treats for our pup! Snow removal was completed early, allowing us to get out and on the slopes for the day. As M says in the description, you definitely need a vehicle with AWD or 4X4 since you are nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed the bountiful binder with history of the small town and local attractions. I would caution people with young children and older folks about the steep staircase to the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are. The 1 full bath is on the first floor so if you're like me, you need to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night. We didn't mind this since it is part of the charm of a historic building and our family of four including two teens had no problems. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The stay was amazing. My best friend and I wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We will definitely be staying again. Ben was extremely responsive as well. 11/10!

This place is simply beautiful. Both the surroundings and the house. The beds had tons of pillows and the linens were high quality soft cotton. There was plenty of room for our group with 3 levels of home to hold us all. The kitchen was well appointed and beautifully designed. The backyard was so beautiful, we took our family photos there. The deck was a great place to hang out under the string lights around the fire pit, while keeping an eye on the kids in the living room through the big windows. We even saw a BEAR cruising by! The clubhouse, the tennis courts, the fishing pond, we did it all and it was absolutely magical. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time staying at Brian's place, the home is perfect for a larger group and has so many toys for the kids, they LOVED it! Everything is very clean, and the kitchen has all the pots/pans needed for cooking. In Feb there was so much snow we got to go sledding in the front yard, and a few from our group made the trip to Stratton for the day. We love going to Wilmington for coffee/lunch. Planning to be back again in 2026!

Felt like we were staying at a friends house! We stayed for 2 nights for a trip that was based around going to Six Flags with my 13-year-old daughter and her best friend for April break. I am so glad I went with Andrew’s place and not a hotel room with two beds! The place is spacious, clean, updated, quiet and within walking distance to an area with so many options for shopping and dining. Overall it was a great experience!

Obsessed! if a house could be a soul mate I met mine! I don't say that lightly, I am everything real estate, holding, buying, selling, air bnbs, construction, sales and staging.......and this house could not have been any better. Cherishing the old, while putting new where needed. Let's you feel like you are at the lake without one thing on the to do list. Trees and water, seclusion without being alone. Everything in a logical, well thought out position. The experience from tennis to childlike wondering in the woods, with the most accommodating host that didn't overly reach out. I will be back for all of my peaceful getaways with my daughter. So very grateful for what this host offered us.
