Enjoy the sunrise over a horse pasture, the sounds of nature, and the brightest stars in Virginia. Our Non-Functioning Family Farm is on the side of a mountain with fresh spring water. On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

A great family home that is perfect for gathering. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed. The two guest bedrooms have 2 singles in each. A pack and play, as well as air mattresses are available. The upstairs has 2 full baths, and the main level has a half bath. Laundry is also available. Situated on a large 1 acre lot this is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Netflix and Hulu are available on two big screen TV's. Outdoor and indoor toys available.

Mustang Paradise

Mustang Paradise is located 3 miles outside of Historic Downtown Lexington, Va. It is a private estate home to a variety of horses and wild Mustangs. One will enjoy the tranquility of watching horses and wild mustangs grazing with the backdrop of picturesque mountian views. We are very big advocates of the mustangs and would be happy to introduce them to you if you are interested. There are also plenty of rolling fields and a wooded trail to do short nature hikes.
