Manisha was really responsive since the beginning, she guided us properly and was very welcoming, her mother was very adorable, she made sure that we were comfortable and at home, their place felt like home in every aspect, they were more like family than hosts, a very satisfactory parking space, and very very very neat and clean both in and out.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Tezpur,the property is ideal for families or a large group of travellers. The rooms are huge and well furnished. The host was very accommodating in taking our late check in request.

The property is very tastefully decorated. It reveals the aesthetic sense of the owner. All essential amenities are in place. Minute details such as a pedestal fan in the outdoor sitting area appears to be a thoughtful gesture. Overall highly recommended.

A great no frills stay with great accessibility. If you're looking for a tidy and neat space to sleep and rest, this fits the bill. Only issue is there's one bathroom shared between both rooms. We were a family of 4, so it was okay with us for a night's stay. The hosts Mosengfa and Pratyush were very forthcoming and communicated with us throughout. They also arranged for the Elephant safari despite peak season rush. Definitely worth the money.

THE STAY WAS REALLY GREAT FELT JUST RIGHT AT HOME ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS.

Finding a good place to stay in Tezpur was something I didn't expect, but it turned out to be great; felt right at home. Nicely maintained home. Uncle was very friendly, helpful and responsive to us. The place was easy to find and local transports are available, also it's walkable to the Main road. Wholeheartedly recommending this place for your next stay at Tezpur.
