One container is the living room and eat in kitchen and the other houses two bedrooms and two baths. The two containers are connected by a spacious wrap around deck. Comfortable cabin with air conditioning for hot summer days and a warm heater on those chillier winter nights. Washer and dryer in the cabin for your use. Easy parking and road access. Located in Fair Play and close to a number of wineries, 30 minutes from Sly Park or Placerville and a variety of attractions. Come stay at Laughing Cedars!

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.

Fiddletown Vines & Wines Casita

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among live oak trees shading it with a backdrop of our vineyard vines. It has a camp like setting in the trees with modern convenances for living. Walk a little further to glimpse the sunsets and views of the Sacramento valley! You may want to schedule a private tasting of our wine during your visit. You can also plan a picnic lunch down by our pond and venue. Relax and enjoy the Fiddletown wineries and all its Gold Rush history.

ChucKelli Farm Cottage

Escape to our cozy cottage, nestled on two beautifully maintained acres shared with the main house. This charming, standalone retreat offers the perfect place to unwind. The property features over 60 fruit trees and a few pets—giving it a peaceful, country feel. The fully fenced property offers privacy and security with a gated entrance and code. We can accommodate up to two vehicles. We are near the heart of Placerville. We’re animal lovers and welcome your well-behaved pets.
