Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). ACCURATELY list guests/pets when booking. If you do weed (even medical) or smoke/vape inside, we are NOT your place. Our beautiful log apt. is attached to our house but has its own separate entrance. It's close to airport, stores, LA History. Safe area,30 mins to French Quarter. We are best for non smokers, furry friends (dogs must be walked on leash) Filled with essentials. There is a covered carport over your front door (can smoke tobacco here only). We do work out of our home.

1 bed/1bath COMPLETELY PRIVATE UNIT. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Walmart is 3 blocks away from home and several restaurants are in the area. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS I AGREE TO AN EXTRA GUEST FOR A CHARGE.
