If you are looking for a family retreat, this is the best place for you! The pool and patio gives you plenty of space to play or relax. The outdoor kitchen gives you the opportunity to grill on the Bull 38' in propane gas grill. This home is fully equipped to make your family stay stress-free. Note: We love animals, but we do not have the space that they deserve; there will be a $350 fine for any pets brought in. As of April 2024, pool temperature will be set to 80 degrees all year round.

The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Close to Babcock Ranch, Grace River Island Resort, Spring Training Facilities. This home is fully stocked from the kitchen to the linens. The evening sunsets don’t disappoint! We provide fishing poles, paddleboards and kayaks for the adventurous folks. Plenty of blankets, pillows and bedding.
