Kristie’s home is beautiful—modern, comfortable, and with stunning views. She was a wonderful host, so welcoming and accommodating to our four pups, and kindly let us check out at 1pm. We’d love to stay again!

Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

Beautiful house it was so easy to find and felt just like home, beds felt amazing and comfortable. The house was super clean and was perfect for staying, would definitely stay longer. Especially the shopping centre being only a 5 min drives was perfect for shopping.

We are very happy and impressed with the house and with the host. Steve was very quick to reply to us and was proactive in his assistance. Beautiful clean big house. Kids have loved it. Some noise from the road.

Beautiful home and property. Loved the breakfast basket provided. We enjoyed having a few kangaroos hanging around the home. I would have liked an area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor seating area is hidden at the back of the house. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Clovelly House exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and drenched in natural light. The space is deceptively large and was perfect for our family of 4, and we especially loved the feeling of space provided by the private patio at the back. The luxurious linens, towels and bathroom products gave the sense of an exclusive retreat, and the kitchen was well equipped allowing us to self cater with delicious produce from the nearby South Melbourne market (a food lover’s paradise!). The neighbourhood was a delightful discovery. So close to the city on the tram (just at the end of the road) and yet with a local feel and a stunning white sand beach within a 10 min walk. We loved all the local cafes, wine bars, delis, and restaurants nearby, not to mention the local shops at Albert Park too. The playground at St Vincent Park was a great space for the kids to play, and we met many friendly locals. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Thank you Lisa!

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

The location is perfect, the tram is going right in front of the apartement, if you like to go to the city. The restaurants, bar and supermarket in around 5 till 20 min walking distance and also the beach. In the sleeping room there are double windows, so you not can hear the noise of the main street.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Aussicht und eine gute Ausstattung. Mit der kostenlosen Tram kommt man im 10 Minuten Takt in das Zentrum. Leider ist das Stadtviertel noch nicht so gut angekommen, weswegen gute Restaurants (insbesondere am Wochenende) sehr rar sind.

Great apartment close to transport and restaurants and an easy walk to the bustle of St Kilda. Froilan provided great communication and local recommendations.

Deniz as a host was helpful and responded quickly. When asked, Replaced the hot water kettle and floor standing fan along with some kitchen accessories almost immediately via her property manager !! Appreciated acceptance of a late checkout without additional charges as a friendly gesture. A stay at Deniz’s apartment would be highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights we were there. Thank you once again for everything Deniz !!

Anna’s apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was definitely a home from home and from the minute we walked through the door we felt really comfortable. Loved the view from the sofa/balcony both during the day and at night. The apartment had a very light and open feel, was secure and safe and extremely well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with great bedding and pillows and plenty of coat hangers! The shower is great and the air con was very welcome as it was 30+ degrees some days. There is a store next door and two coffee shops - one adjacent and one across the road. Being able to walk across the road for the tram to the city was great. We spent time in the nearby botanical gardens and lots of time in the city. There were Mykie cards available for us to use. They just needed to be topped up online. Anna was a brilliant host who was extremely responsive and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are visiting our family in Melbourne.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Pigeon Bark farm in the cottage. The place was cosy and specious with comfy beds and couch, spotlessly clean with old world charm. The kitchen had all we needed and was well stocked, the coffee and breakfast provisions and snacks were good. It was completely calm and peaceful but lovely to see the animals around, especially the beautiful friendly peacocks who can be hand fed. Jacqui was an excellent host and living nearby was an excellent help with anything we needed and quickly responded to our needs. She even went the second mile by offering us drop off and pick up from our very close wedding venue. A lovely friendly person.

Our two visits 'bookended' a two week holiday in Tasmania, via Ferry rides with car. We very much appreciated being able to visit and stay at Christines accommodation.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend for some wine tasting and a hot air balloon ride. The cabin was really nice and felt so authentic. The atmosphere and environment was beautiful - the surrounding farm lands really added to the authenticity of the cabin experience as well as the well-kept antique furniture. The whole cabin reminded me of my late great aunt’s home back in South Carolina — pure nostalgia for me. The kitchen was super functional, the hot tub was great, the heated floors in the bathroom was an excellent touch, the single air-con was incredibly efficient in keeping the entire cabin cool in the summer heat but I would recommend bringing a personal fan just in case. Overall a fantastic experience, looking forward to staying again

Our family of four had such a lovely stay here. The cottage was even nicer than the pics, with lots of thoughtful touches. The pool and gardens are gorgeous, too, and host Caesar (the lab) took us on a walk through the grounds, past the cows and horses, olive trees and more. Kate and Evan were very welcoming and gave us clear instructions about everything. Location-wise, it was nice and central, with Port Arlington, Barwon Heads etc an easy drive away and we found lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely loved our stay in this cute cottage. The enclosed courtyard was perfect for our dog to be safe. Walking distance to great food choices. Totally recommend and would stay again if available when travelling back to Melbourne.

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
