Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rande der Altstadt und ist von der Straße durch eine parkähnliche Allee samt Spielplatz getrennt. Alle Einrichtungen in Cres sowie die Altstadt mit ihren Restaurants, Geschäften und Märkten sind vom Haus aus zu Fuß oder per Rad bequem erreichbar. Das gilt auch für die kilometerlangen Strände, den Fischerhafen oder den Yachthafen. Neben Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Wandern und Radfahren bieten sich diverse weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, von Tauchen bis Bootfahren.

Contemporary hidden little paradise

Contemporary Hidden Paradise is an isolated house located in a bay of Zizanj island. It belongs to the Kornati archipelago. Zizanj has no cars and is reachable only by private boat. There are 5 houses in the bay, all very private from each other. There is a restaurant 15 minutes walk away. Completely renovated, the house consists of an open-space with designer furniture, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in glass cabin shower, a terrace with an amazing view and a private pontoon.

Orta San Giulio liegt am Ostufer des Ortasees (Lago d'Orta) auf einer in den See hineinragenden Landzunge und ist ein bedeutender Fremdenverkehrsort mit malerischer Altstadt. Der Hauptplatz des Ortes ist die Piazza Motta, an der auch die Schiffe zur Isola San Giulio anlegen. Seit 1228 findet hier jeden Mittwoch der Wochenmarkt statt. Oberhalb des Ortes erhebt sich ein Hügel, der Sacro Monte d’Orta, der Teil des UNESCO-Welterbes Sacri Monti ist. Am malerischen Ortasee liegt unsere Villa

Otok Ravna Sika (Kornati)

Ravna Sika, otok površine 10 000 m2, smješten u Kornatskom otočju između otoka Sit i Žuta. Na sredini otoka nalazi se kuća površine 80 m2 u kojoj su dvije spavaće sobe, kuhinja, kupaonica, dnevni boravak. Iz svakog prozora u kući pruža se predivan pogled na more. Prijevoz je u organizaciji vlasnika gliserom (vožnja traje oko 45 min.-350€) ili ribarskim brodom (oko 2.5 sata-300€), cijena u oba smjera. Polazak iz Murtera gdje je osiguran parking za goste. Doplata za ljubimce 15 €/danu.
