Hoch über dem Tal gelegen über eine Bergstraße erreicht man das historische Haus Oberlandtal. Umrahmt von weiten Bergwiesen auf denen Steinschafe entspannt weiden. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. L’abitazione consente agli ospiti di trascorrere piacevoli soggiorni immersi in un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. Gli spazi di rappresentanza danno la possibilità di trasformare la casa in un "salotto d'affari" sia per incontri in loco sia per videocall. La casa si trova a pochi passi da luoghi di interesse storico e artistico quali Teatro Grande e Sociale, Pinacoteca, Museo Santa Giulia, Duomo.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Es ist ein kleiner Ort mit 750 Einwohnern, umgeben von Obstplantagen. Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses und befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang mit einer kleinen sonnigen Frühstücksterrasse. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe sorgt für eine bequeme An - und Abreise. .

Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.
