Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.

Welcome! We are allowed to take 4 guests and/plus 2 children. Or, 4 adults, or 2 adults with a few children. Nestled in Christmas Valley of South Lake Tahoe a cozy cabin with all the amenities. Warm gas fireplace with fully loaded kitchen. Hiking, biking and walking trails just minutes away. Bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom is downstairs. No parties, no events. Check in is 4:00 pm, as the housekeeper is trying to finish up.
