Η κατοικία είναι αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένη και διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, σαλόνι, δύο μπάνια καθώς και τρία ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και έξι άτομα. Οι χώροι διαθέτουν κλιματισμό καθώς και επίπεδες τηλεοράσεις και στους δύο ορόφους. Στην ταράτσα, μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να χαλαρώσει, αγναντεύοντας την απίστευτη θέα του Αιγαίου και το μαγευτικό δειλινό. Μετά από οδήγηση 15', ξεκινούν μερικές από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες .

Elegant apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Theodora's Green Home

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic.
