A casa com alpendre, tem 3 quartos, 2 wc, cozinha 20m2, sala com sofá-cama, ar condicionado, lareira e aquecimento central. Tem jardim, pinhal, churrasco e brinquedos. Total de 640m2. La maison est parfaite pour les personnes qui cherchent à se sentir chez elles. Elle est située dans un quartier calme, à 5 minutes en voiture des meilleurs clubs de plage de Costa da Caparica. Le supermarché est à 200 mètres de la maison et il y a beaucoup de restaurants tout près ainsi que des commerces. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, Uber fonctionne très bien et est très peu cher.

No piso superior podemos encontrar uma ampla sala de estar ligada a uma cozinha em formato open space, um quarto suite, dois quartos e um WC.
