The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Almita House Downtown Cat Spring

Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
