Beautiful country setting located in Southern Iowa and only 5 miles from town. And minutes from Little River Lake if you enjoy fishing, boating or swimming. Hunting in Southern Iowa is a popular past time for many. We have a small cute 2 bedroom home available for you to relax and get out of the city. Leon has a grocery store, Dollar store, Caseys, and a Ice Cream Shop with sandwiches and other food available along with shopping in the back. Then right next door is another little cafe.

Located South of Melrose, and less than a mile from Lake Rathbun, this beautiful house offers a cozy retreat able to sleep up to 9 guests. With four bedrooms featuring 4 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and 2 futons. Two bathrooms provide convenience, while an additional loft space with two futon beds adds flexibility for work or extra guests. The cabin stays comfortable year-round with heat/AC/internet/all appliances. The house also includes a beautiful 46'x12' covered deck with ample seating.

The Country Escape

Country setting located just 2 miles W of Leon and less than a mile from Little River Lake. This newly remodeled house features a spacious, full kitchen, dining area with a 10 person farmhouse table, living room with 3 full couches , one of which doubles as a queen size bed. There is a smart TV. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Spacious patio with dining furniture. There is a circle drive to accommodate boat/trailer parking.

The Cozy Cottage

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.

Rathbun Oaks

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is the perfect location for your lake getaway. Located a few minutes from Lake Rathbun, and 10 min from Honey Creek Resort. On property there is a community pond for fishing. This house is pet friendly and has a fenced back yard. There is a $50 pet fee per stay, please add your pet(s) to your reservation when booking.
