We are minutes from the DT Lutheran hospital. Blocks away from downtown, library, restaurants, art studios, shopping, bars, ballpark, Grand Wayne center and much more. The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' and 'Family Retreat-Pool and Barn'. Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
