This vintage cottage is nestled in the peaceful hills of Allegany County and Amish Country. This charming waters-edge cottage is on a small lake. Motor boats not allowed, making it a peaceful destination that allows you to enjoy all that nature has to offer. It has a two level deck facing the lake where you can experience gorgeous sunsets. Perfect for Canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Peddle boat and SUP on premises. Lots of shops nearby or hiking on the Genesee Greenway Trail. Come be our guest!

Rushford Lake Family Retreat - Sleeps 8

For a perfect lakefront getaway, look no further than our home away from home on Rushford Lake. Featuring a private dock for fishing and swimming, kayak/canoe, large back yard & spacious upper deck to sit and watch the sunset. NOTE: Rushford Lake is drawn down approx. 40 ft. each fall/winter. Beginning the first week of October through early May (maybe earlier), the water is down (no swimming, boating, etc.) However, fall is a beautiful time on the lake & we've even seen folks out ice fishing!

Built as a simple fishing and summer vacation space, it's been updated to serve today's families with comfortable bedding and furniture, LED dimmable lighting with USB ports throughout , a brand new dishwasher and a 55" smart TV. Three good sized bedrooms and a brand new pull out sofa bed mean that the whole family can enjoy this cozy cottage on the lake.

North Shore Lighthouse Charmer

Relax and unwind in this charming lake house on the desirable North Shore. Living space is open and airy with large windows that frame breathtaking views of the lake. Features a fully-equipped modern kitchen. Bedrooms that are thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding. Wake up and enjoy fishing off the dock, cocktails on the large deck as you watch the sunset over the water, and gather around the fire pit in the evening for s'mores. Hillside Camp with pond and stars view

Privacy, beautiful views, swimming pond, relaxation & quiet. Our tiny house cabin can sleep up to 4, and our large flat field can host camping tents. Our pondside pavillion is the perfect spot to sit and chill, or pop a tent under there on the deck. Our large pond overlooks the valley below. Paddle around in the pedal boat. Relax on our dock with the chairs or hammock. Air temperature rainwater shower, dish washing sink, flush toilet outhouse- Hillside will become your favorite getaway!

Indian Lodge on Rushford Lake

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

The house is situated on the north shore of Cuba Lake. Summer activities include fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. In the winter enjoy ice fishing, access to snowmobile trails, x-country skiing. Minutes from Seneca casino, 30 minutes to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville and Letchworth state park. The town has many stores and restaurants. Wonderful lake access for both summer and winter fun!

Our property is unique as it sits on a large acreage which includes a private 5-acre pond. Kayaking and fishing(catch and release) are favorites while visiting this great getaway. This newly built home has modern amenities for all to enjoy. This home & property sits on the NY/PA border which makes this an ideal place for hunters to lodge during the active whitetail hunting seasons in both states.
