Built as a simple fishing and summer vacation space, it's been updated to serve today's families with comfortable bedding and furniture, LED dimmable lighting with USB ports throughout , a brand new dishwasher and a 55" smart TV. Three good sized bedrooms and a brand new pull out sofa bed mean that the whole family can enjoy this cozy cottage on the lake.

Next to 2,000 acres of State Forest, 30 min to Letchworth State Park, 10 minutes to Angelica, 40 min to Ellicottville, 30 min to Swain Skii Resort, 30 minutes to Tall Pines ATV park and 10 min to Rushford Lake! Family Lakefront Cottage

For a perfect lakefront getaway, look no further than our home away from home on Rushford Lake. Featuring a private dock for fishing and swimming, kayak/canoe, large back yard & spacious upper deck to sit and watch the sunset. NOTE: Rushford Lake is drawn down approx. 40 ft. each fall/winter. Beginning the first week of October through second week of May, the water is down (no swimming, boating, etc.) However, fall is a beautiful time on the lake & we've even seen folks out ice fishing!

Hillside Camp with pond and stars view

Privacy, beautiful views, swimming pond, relaxation & quiet. Our tiny house cabin can sleep up to 4, and our large flat field can host camping tents. Our pondside pavillion is the perfect spot to sit and chill, or pop a tent under there on the deck. Our large pond overlooks the valley below. Paddle around in the pedal boat. Relax on our dock with the chairs or hammock. Air temperature rainwater shower, dish washing sink, flush toilet outhouse- Hillside will become your favorite getaway!

Family Getaway!

Our property is unique as it sits on a large acreage which includes a private 5-acre pond. Kayaking and fishing(catch and release) are favorites while visiting this great getaway. This newly built home has modern amenities for all to enjoy. This property sits on the NY/PA border which makes this an ideal place for hunters to lodge during the active whitetail hunting seasons in both states. While visiting the property the home, fire-pit, and yard are specifically designated for guests.

Indian Lodge on Rushford Lake

Stay in a very unique original log cabin on Rushford Lake. Built in 1939 by Sanford Hubbard as originally 1 of 30 Arts & Crafts cabins on the lake. The cabin has been lovingly restored, and will be a very unique experience. Keep in mind this is a cabin, so there are some “rustic” qualities. This cabin is lake front, with new stairs leading down to the shoreline and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your use. This is a great place to make family memories!

The house is situated on the north shore of Cuba Lake. Summer activities include fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. In the winter enjoy ice fishing, access to snowmobile trails, x-country skiing. Minutes from Seneca casino, 30 minutes to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville and Letchworth state park. The town has many stores and restaurants. Wonderful lake access for both summer and winter fun!

While not directly on the lake, this idyllic, lake view, pet friendly property is just across the lake road with a commanding view of Cuba Lake. Conveniently located within easy walking distance to Cuba Lake Marina, Carpies restaurant (less than 5 minutes walking), yacht club, and public boat put-in (.7 miles). There is plentiful parking in a circular driveway for all of your cars, boats and toys.
