The Saugatuck Hideaway was the perfect place for the lowkey trip we hoped for. We headed out for nearby excursions (like seeing the tulips in Holland) and relaxed, taking advantage of all its amenities. We fished, read books, hot tubbed, and spent nights warmed by the fireplace. We loved every second of the view, and appreciated the extra touches, like fire starters and bird suet. This was our first trip to Michigan, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Heartland House was a perfect space for our group of 11. Lots of different, yet cozy, spaces for us to gather or spread out. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to gather around to eat and play games. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Private setting. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time in Saugatuck/Douglas and Rob's place. The cottage was cozy and modern with all of the expected amenities. The location is very convienent to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck even when the ferry across the river is not running (we were there during the off season). The cottage was also very clean and well kept.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Beautiful comfortable yard and watching the deer from the screened in porch was so much fun. Very nice home and close to all attractions in the area. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

It was a wonderful stay with our adult children to celebrate Easter. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials and more! We used the outdoor grill and there were plenty of pots/pans, cooking oils, spices, utensils. The solo stove and hot tub were the highlights. The dog run was the perfect set up for our two little pups. Chris' place is very close to four wineries in Fennville and a short drive to Saugatuck breweries and restaurants. Chris thought of everything - Kleenex in every room, touch lighting, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, ample deck seating to enjoy nature. Thank you Chris, we are so thankful you shared your little piece of heaven with us!

There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

Robert was on-site at this active campground. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. It was nice to have the camp store behind the house.

Third time we’ve stayed here, it feels like staying at a second home at this point. Lisa is a fantastic host and is definitely the most responsive and proactive host I’ve met on this site.

Such a sweet little house in one of my favorite places to visit. I was so impressed with the details of the windows and woodworking. The location is close to both Douglas and Saugatuck as well as the beach. We didn’t bring our bikes on this trip because it wasn’t quite warm enough, but this would be an ideal location for biking everywhere. Also, there is a view of the river and a lovely deck. Just perfect.

Enjoyed our stay for a long week, beautiful view of woods from huge wall of windows, a few steps from the beach, very peaceful area. Fireplace was a little disappointing because it was gas, I love the atmosphere of wood burning. We had a bit of confusion on how to turn the gas fireplace on, no directions were posted. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I would stay again, love that dogs are allowed.

The best place I have stayed in the area. The location is perfect, very accessible, and beautiful. This is a really lovely and cared for home. I especially loved the care put into the side patio. This will easily become one of our top “we have to go back” places.

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

We had a wonderful time at Robyn’s place! Saugatuck is such a charming town, and the home was absolutely perfect for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway. The space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and felt like a true home away from home. Robyn was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had plenty of questions, as a family traveling with small children (and a dog!), and Robyn answered every one of them quickly and kindly. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was just a message away—seriously, she was amazing! We were celebrating our youngest son’s first birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special. We captured the most darling photos of him on the swings outside—the setting was so picturesque, the photos turned out better than if we had hired a professional! It was also such a bonus that we could bring our goldendoodle along. She loved being near the water!

Robb & Fawna’s place was the perfect spot for a Bachelor Party weekend trip! The home included all the amenities we needed, and then some. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep at the end of the night. I would strongly consider coming back for another stay in the future!

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable. The backyard was fenced in and good to let our small dog run around in.

The description and photos were accurate. The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The kitchen layout and amenities were great. The only downside was being on the lower level and having people in the condo above.
