The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

We are a 25 minute taxi drive from the airport, 5 minute walk to a grocery store/bus stop and 15 minute walk to stunning Elbow Beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with tub/shower, kitchen with full size appliances and washer/dryer. There are air conditioners and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room for your comfort .

All South Shore beaches are accessed via steep hills, and there is a steep hill in and out of the neighbourhood. Not an easy walk to a grocery store. Ideal for guests comfortable with hills and a quiet setting.

This is great for a weekend getaway or even a week or two!! With quick flights from NYC, Boston, and the East Coast No children under 18 years old or those who cannot swim. Rent an Electric Car and charge while you sleep, all included and charging Onsite! Please note there is no Available Parking - other than for Scooters or Electric Vehicles. i.e., No Car Parking.
