The Old Grain Store is situated off the beaten track and is located in a quiet old private Mews which predates the the surrounding roads and North Circ Road, the local properties were largely built for the workers on the New River. The Grain Store was built as the storehouse for the Bakery located next door. During renovations in 2014, an illicit Gin Distillery was discovered as featured on BBC ITV News. A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
