Welcome to the guest house on the farm with a short distance to the sea and nature. Here you can enjoy a rural setting with a short distance to the hiking trails for the mountains, relax on the terrace, fishing, or take a walk on Folkestadsetra with good swimming and barbecue possibilities. If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. The possibilities are many:)

A quiet place among fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps

Do you have a dream of waking up to the sound of seagulls and fishingboats? And maybe catch a glimpse of an eagle on your way to take a morningswim in the fresh fjord? In the evening deer and hedgehogs might show up just outside the terrace as you watch the sun go down. Within a 30 minutes drive you can find plenty of possibilities to experience the Norwegian nature with cute puffins, exciting trails, deep fjords and the rough ocean. Our home is the perfect place to make your dream come true!

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Du går rett inn fra gatenivå, og til en stille del av bygningen. Når du kommer inn i leiligheten, ser du rett ned og ut over sjøen! På hver side ligger soverommene, helt skjermet fra lyd fra gaten. Stort bad i samme etasje. Ned en halv trapp, og du befinner deg i et voluminøst rom med vinduer tildels fra gulv - til taket som er 4 meter opp! Vakkert kjøkken, pent spiseområde med utsikt, og en veldig koselig tv-krok finner du der nede. Og utgang til privat veranda som henger rett over sjøen.

Great and modern apartment perfectly located in the heart of Goksøyr with a private shortcut up to the mountain and the puffins. You can't live any closer to the birds. The apartment is sparkling clean. New kitchen, fully equipped including induction cooktop, fridge+freezer, and dishwasher. Nice living room with TV and fast wifi. Fresh bathroom. Large laundry room available on request. Very quiet and peaceful place with a fabulous view of the mountain, waterfall, and the North Sea.

This seaside property is one of the few homes located directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. "Gamlehuset"

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Behagelig gulvvarme, godt og varmt. Gratis parkering og el-bil lading. Ålesund sentrum 20 min med bil. Dagligvarebutikker ca 1 km, og kjøpesenter (Moa Amfi) ca 8 km. En god base for dagsturer i området slik at ferien blir en rekreasjon. Nærområdet har flotte naturopplevelser å by på.

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Idyllic fjord apartment near Ålesund

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Liten leilighet på garasjeloft.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld. Det ligger en DØGNÅPEN (mandag-lørdag) dagligvare-butikk 2 km fra utleiestedet. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.
