Fjellturer til fots og på ski til Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen og Melshornet(du kan gå fra hytta). Nær flere alpin og langrennsløyper.

If you want a day trip to famous attractions, you can drive to Geiranger, Via Ferrata & Loen Skylift, Kannesteinen, Refviksanden, Krakenes Lighthouse, Hakallegarden or the Alps. In summer, Bakketunet is open to individual visitors with cultural programs and activities. Among other things, is the Indiefjord music festival. The famous knitting brand Hjørundfjordstrikk is located here.
