Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Farmhouse in historic village in Österlen

Make yourself at home and cozy up in this rustic accommodation. Your stay is part of a converted barn from the 19th century, located in a village. In the entrance you are greeted by a stone ceramics floor and a living room with access to a private patio. Furnishings have been carefully selected and are a collection of old and new, with much of the old hand-picked from antique dealers and local shops. On the lower level there is a country kitchen, where a staircase leads up to a large bedroom.

"Lilla Huset" är ett eget boende på 27 km2 med en stor träddäck. Huset har en vardagsrumsdel, en matplats och ett kök med ugn. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch och golvvärme. Huset är endast 1 km från kusten och Valleberga utsiktsplats. Backagården har restaurang och kafé i närheten. Kåseberga och Ales stenar ligger 2 km bort, och det är 4 km till Daghammarskölds Backåkra, Hagestads naturreservat med milslånga sandstränder. Glimminge hus är också en sevärdhighet i område bland mycket annat.

This charming little Skåne cottage from the 1870s is secluded, surrounded only by fields. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a restful and eventful holiday week. The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc., as we do not live permanently in Skåne and cannot manage this! A warm welcome!
