This villa is in a quiet but well connected residential area in the hills above the village, only 5’ walk to the town centre, and located next to Barcelona 30' by car, also it is possible go to Barcelona by train in 40’ you can arrive in downtown BCN. The beach is only 2 km from the house.

Muy cerca del centro de Alella (a 1,2 km; 3 minutos en coche), cerca de la playa (a 3,5 km; 8 minutos en coche), y cerca de Barcelona (a 19 km; unos 30 minutos en coche).
