This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. It has a bathroom with sink and toilet, hot water outdoor shower, wifi, heat, AC & more! Enjoy the outdoor space with, hammocks, grill and fire pit by the pond. It's 1 mile from Lake Alice so grab the paddle boards and head to the lake! Plus, book a sound healing or sacred ceremony while you're here!

Amazing Combo units allow you to two independent rentals, one studio cottage with full bath, kitchen and bed and the second private suite with 3 bedrooms and a bath and a eat-in-kitchen. Both the units are 15ft. apart and in separate dwelling units allowing our guests to have extra space with a larger group and also some privacy. Guests also have a private fully fenced backyard that is not shared with anyone. 5 mins to Whole Foods, 10 mins to Costco, Shopping, 25 mins to downtown Seattle

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.
