The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Owned by the same family who homesteaded this farmland in the late 1800's, this home has been remodeled. It boasts all the modern conveniences, but with the farm charm. This peaceful four bedroom home is close to wherever you need to go, surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Entire Home Close to Fonner Park!

Bring the whole family to this inviting home with lots of room for fun! This quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to some of Grand Island's best amenities including a 10 min WALK to Fonner Park, a 14 min WALK to Island Oasis Water Park, and a 5 min drive to downtown shops and restaurants. There are two Fire TV's to watch your favorite streaming shows. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard for your pets, a BBQ grill, and one secure parking space in the attached garage.

Rustic Cabin Retreat

Quiet, secluded area has occasional wildlife (turkey, deer). The Turkey Creek runs behind the cabin, and there is a very small pond in the front of the cabin that can be fished. There's a kid's "fort" to the west of the main cabin for the kids to enjoy! The fort has a space heater, a loft with a futon, and a smart TV (no TV service) that can be used for streaming if you want to use your phone’s hotspot.. The cabin has no TV service or internet service.....thus the beauty of this retreat!!

The Cottage

Coziest place in town This is a tiny home tucked away in the heart of Aurora. within walking distance to our wonderful square in the center of town. This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. River Bottom Lodge is a newly built lodge designed for large groups of people to be able to stay in spacious comfort. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds the sleeping arrangements are comfortable. It has 3 bathrooms with showers. While lounging there are spacious living room arrangements with space and comfort in mind. RBL has an outdoor firepit and a beautiful setting in the morning and evening filled with central NE sunrises and sunsets. Lots of wildlife viewing for your pleasure.

Country Getaway - 13 Acres - Pet Friendly

Stay in a cabin on a homestead with native prairie grass, huge open space and tons of trees. Ayr is about 10-minute drive to the charming small town of Hastings. There is a second home on the property that is also available and listed on Airbnb. The place can and has easily fit numerous camping arrangements on the 13 acre plot. Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.

Range House

The Range House sits on a 420 acre shooting park 6 miles from Grand Island. The house has 5 bedrooms with 9 beds and 4 bathrooms. It can sleep 9 - 12 occupants. Heartland Public Shooting Park has 12 action bays, public pistol and rifle bays out to 600 yards and a dedicated .22 bay. For the shotgun shooters we have Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clays, 5 Stand and International Bunker Trap.
