This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. Natural woodwork along with some very unique decor lend a hand in preserving the style of the original space. Disclosure: Train noise is endearing to some while a nuisance to others. A set of earbuds or plugs might be in order!
