This apartment is great to stay in Durres even for a long time. This apartment is near the beach and you can get to it in 3-5 minutes, near there are a lot of restaurants and cafes The host is very kind and responsive, so I am not surprised why it is a “Super host” label

They are the best. Very responsive and always willing to help when you need it. My family and I were new to the country and the host went the extra mile to help us out with many things. They are just amazing and we were very happy to be here.

The quality of this place is unmatched, especially for Albania. Felt like luxury housing, staying in a one bedroom so close to the beach. Right above a market, around the corner from the promenade and all its restaurants and shops. Beach is a short walk as well, maybe five minutes. Truly lovely to stay here. Host responds to questions quickly, and is super friendly. Only thing I’ll say is I found myself waking up when the bedroom AC kicked on in the middle of the night, and is very strong overall, so if you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to cold, I would suggest sticking to only the main AC. Would love to go back, had a great time.

We had a great stay here. It was perfectly located just outside the main strip meaning it was peaceful and relaxed, while still having all the great views and nice local restaurants, easy to get to the beach. Good wifi connection, beautiful home, great host.

Good location, close to beach and shops. Apartment was initially difficult to locate. Self check in simple, would recommend.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car le logement et la terrasse sont plus grands que ce qu’on pourrait imaginer en regardant les photos. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé !

Highly recommend. Spend the long weekend here, and it provided everything the group needed, from the market on the first floor of the building, and varieties of restaurants and bars in the boulevard. Highly recommend! Mrika, thank you and we will see you soon ❤️

The apartment was literally on the beach with lots of restaurants. Street Parking is an issue as spots are occupied but you can use the paid parking which is cheap.

Everything was perfect, I recommend this accomodation 100% if you want an Appartement directly at the beach with a wonderful view.

Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, stylish, and comfortable — very true to the photos. The location was perfect for exploring Golem and it's sandy beaches, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and you can pay by card or local currency if you have that. We were there in early April so a bit early in the season so it was nice and quiet. The evenings were a bit cool but lots of very sunny daytimes to enjoy. Our host was so kind and helpful, always available for recommendations and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. I especially loved the sun trap by the pool for morning coffee and sunabthing.The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook family meals I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Albania!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Beautiful and modest house, very close to the beach and multiple stores nearby. The host daughter spoke to us and always responded quick. Pool was bigger than expected and many chairs near it to chill. Amazing stay!

This apartment was amazing. It was clean, well stocked, well laid out, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The view of the sea is spectacular, and it’s fully visible from anywhere in the living room. The pictures accurately reflect what you’re getting, only pictures don’t do it full justice – it is even better in person. The location is great. It’s just far enough down the beach to where you’re avoiding the hectic nature of the city center, but close enough so that everything is easily accessible and there’s plenty to do. There are 3 grocery stores less than a 10 minute walk away. There are multiple coffee shops and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away. There’s a bus stop right across the street that can take you into the old town, and the bus drops you right off (or picks you up) at the bus station. Dario was a great host. The apartment was easy to find, and the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. He was also quick to respond.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon zeigt direkt auf den Strand und die Promenade. An der Promenade liegen viele Bars und Restaurants. Von Durres aus lassen sich Ausflüge unternehmen oder man kann den Strand vor der Tür genießen. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem würde ich, wenn einen ein wenig Musik und Geräusche der Umgebung nicht stören, diese Wohnung sofort empfehlen!

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Enea was very responsive to all my questions and gave us as much info as possible. The apartment was really clean and well equipped. We were staying during off-season so there was nobody else around and the beach bar was closed but it’s a beautiful spot and easy access to the beach.

I loved this Airbnb so much, the views from the balcony were amazing. Enida and her family are so generous and amazing cooks. They were very hospitable and went above and beyond to provide me with anything I needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

This was a lovely clean spacious apartment right adjacent to the ocean. There was private parking and easy access to the elevator and door. The host met us during check-in and was so lovely. We really like her. This is probably one of the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in our six months of staying in Airbnb. Marjana had everything and if I couldn’t find it, it was because I had overlooked it! There were large numbers of towels, more than any that we’ve had before for a five night stay. The shower was fabulous (rain shower). Everything was really perfect. We even had Netflix. If you do end up sleeping in the front bedroom with the two beds, you may experience some noise from the hall or upstairs neighbors. However, the main bedroom is extremely quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Если ещё раз поеду в Дуррес то только к Brikene. Расположение дома замечательное,свое тихое место на закрытой территории возле моря,закаты на терассе или на берегу моря,сон под звук моря это особое удовольствие. Brikene всегда на связи и любые вопросы( такси,позднее прибытие или наоборот нужно выехать попозже,аренда машины) решаются моментально. Мы были с годовалым ребенком и это место подходящее на все 💯. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
