Slow living on the farm. Welcome to Coop d’État Farm Retreat on Kings Mountain—set among old-growth redwoods with ocean views, a fire pit & a private hot tub. The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Alameda is a beautiful island community in the heart of the Bay, filled with beautiful homes, adorable shops, and many great restaurants. The San Francisco ferry is close by to whisk you to the big city, so why would you want to stay anywhere else?

Linger over a coffee in the zen, vine-covered courtyard at this secluded cottage nestled in the back of a period property in Berkeley. Crisp white sheets, craftsman furniture, and painted wooden cladding make for a sophisticated yet rustic haven. The main room is cozy with a big skylight, comfortable queen bed, swivel chair, and desk and chair. There is a small kitchenette. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.
