Close to BART for an easy commute to San Francisco and near the Iron Horse trail for a morning or evening run. Along with a private entry, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen this unit has a sleeper sofa and could accommodate up to 3 guests. Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3. We'd love to host your stay!

Lovely studio is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling and sky light, and the property is in a country setting. It is close to hiking trails, Redwood Canyon Golf Course, Lake Chabot, shopping and restaurants, Bart, and easy access to the freeway. The outside view is a meadow, hiking trail, and rolling hills. The studio has a full kitchen so if you decide to cook, we have all the tools you’d need for you to prepare a meal. We’d love to host you for stays of two days up to 28 days at a time.

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

This charming one bedroom cottage style apartment is attached to our home in Walnut Creek's historic Almond-Shuey neighborhood. It has a separate entrance and it’s own yard. It’s very private. Located in the heart of downtown, this spacious apartment is just a block away from the shops, theaters and restaurants that Walnut Creek has become known for. San Francisco is just a BART ride away. (nearest station is a 4 block walk).

Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station. Garden getaway near SF

Recently renovated in-law unit in the back garden of main home, with a private entrance and access to outside laundry room. Spacious garden so guests have privacy. I have chickens that are out in the daytime, 2 cats and one small dog. They do not go into the studio often and it is kept clean.
