Everything was great and as described and shown in the pictures! Gerges is a great host and very responsive. He strived to make our stay comfortable and free of any issues. a small issue came up at the beginning of the stay and he was able to quickly rectify the situation and resolve the issue. Very pleased with our stay. The apartment was clean with comfortable furniture. The listing for the apartment was accurate, and the amenities listed were all available. Very quick to respond to our questions, and quickly resolved a few minor issues that we had. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the area is clean. Ahmed is a great host who is attentive to your needs and makes himself available if you have any issues. We would definitely stay here again when in the Cairo area. Great host, great apartment and neighborhood, central location

I recently stayed at Sheraton Al Matar, hosted by Xuru Stays Heliopolis, and I had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—just a short ride from the airport, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything from the furniture to the appliances felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.

We enjoyed our stay in Amir apartment, it was very clean , specious and has excellent location , the neighborhood was very safe with Carrefour and Metro few minutes walkable distance , Eden Cafe in the same building where you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee . Amir was very responsive answering and solving all issues in a matter of minutes, simply you feel at home , sure it will be our choice next vacation.
