Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Nizwa – die Stadt war in kurzer Zeit gut erreichbar, sodass wir problemlos Ausflüge und Erkundungstouren unternehmen konnten. Gleichzeitig konnten wir abends die entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben oder sogar noch besser. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Thank you for showing us that there’s still hope in this world with that being said, for everyone who is booking this Airbnb, Ahmed showed us from lunch until midnight every possible spot. He did not charge anything. He even refused to take our gifts for him and his family this shows what kind of personality they have. The Airbnb itself was wonderful, mashallah. I had a wonderful stay at Waleed's place. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Waleed was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Luxe villa in een wijk die nog in aanbouw is maar daar heb je helemaal geen last/hinder van. Heerlijk zwembad en ruim huis met luxe badkamer. Verhuurder zeer communicatief en medewerker die in het huis ernaast woont altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. We hebben genoten!

Booked via Airbnb, but actually a villa in a resort complex. And this villa is absolutely fantastic. It’s quiet, spacious, and offers all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. There’s even a small kitchenette with a stovetop for those who want to cook… 😉 Everything was perfect for us! Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

The place is looked new and everything is good and clean. The pool size is great for kids and adults as well, nice Jacuzzi as well. It’s very near to the beach (5 mins) and It’s 30 mins away from Muscat downtown but still the price and amenities and worth it. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks Mohammed
