This Beautiful 2nd floor Suite was built with you in mind!! This House is set up as a duplex, The top floor and bottom floor both have private entrances and private yards. Nothing is shared, completely private! As soon as you walk into the extra wide staircase you will immediately feel you are on vacation! Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

The Bungalow Loft

Quintessential duplex cottage circa 1946 on the outside, refurbished sanctuary with a modern aesthetic on the inside. The Bungalow Loft includes one bedroom with two additional day beds in the living room, a full bath, a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area. The unit has an extensive outdoor living space including porch, deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower. The Loft is on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip and close to Johnny Mercers Pier, and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Amazing location just 4 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 6 minutes to UNCW, and 15 minutes to Wilmington's historic downtown riverfront without traffic. Large covered back patio with plenty of space to relax, grill, and eat. Reliable high speed internet makes this a great place to stay connected with work.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
