The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

It is our second time staying at her place and this time, we even enjoyed the use of the fireplace! There were also clean towels and even linens for my kids who preferred to sleep on the convertible couches. The kitchen is also fully functional and has enough materials to use for cooking. We were also able to do barbecue for a couple of our meals.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi bir yer. Kendilerinden kaynaklanmayan bir aksilik için bile bizi mağdur etmediler ve haftasonumuz keyifli geçti. Havuzun sıcaklığı gayet yeterliydi. Kendimiz sıcaklığını çok kolay ayarlayabildik.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Great place to stay - quiet and peaceful while you are still in the middle of everything.The place has all the amenities possible and are top quality. It’s best place to stay with or without kids, easy to walk to Taksim square and a minute away with access to grocery/eateries. Recommended the hospitality of Zelal and the place!

Berk is so respuctful , responsive , has a good place private entrance , great location i recommend this place 100% worth the money we paid , and for sure i will take it again when i come back 🔥

4 kadın çok güzel bir tatil yaptık. Oldukça güvenli bir ortam vardı. Yolu bulması kolaydı. Ev tertemizdi. İhtiyaç duyulan malzemeler vardı. Manzara çok güzeldi. Havuz oldukça sıcaktı. Ev çok çok sıcaktı. Çocuklu aileler de rahatlıkla tercih edebilir. Emin Bey her aradığımızda hızlıca cevap verdi. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Yer fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Tuvalet kağıdı, deterjan, havlu, bulaşık makinesi tableti vb. Tüm temizlik malzemeleri var. Bebek yatağı da var. Havuz ısıtması, mutfak aletleri, jakuzi sorunsuz çalışıyor. Bir sorunuz veya probleminiz olduğunda ev sahibi hızlıca çözüyor. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Mesut's house was a piece of paradise where the birds never stopped singing from dawn to dusk. The pool and spa were theraputic and the space luxurious. My children were capitvated by the home and the setting. Mesut thank you for your hospitality and welcoming us as your guests.

Evin sosyal alanı oldukça keyifliydi. Ateş çukuru etrafında, üst koruma sayesinde yağmur yağsa bile rahatlıkla vakit geçirebildik. Barbekü alanı hemen yanı başımızdaydı ve dış mekan aydınlatması da yeterli seviyedeydi. Kalabalık konaklamalar için hem alan hem de oda sayısı oldukça yeterli. Mutfak gereçleri fazlasıyla düşünülmüş; ayrıca kahve çekirdeğinizi getirirseniz kullanabileceğiniz bir otomatik kahve makinesi de mevcut. Araçla yaklaşık 15 dakikalık mesafede ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz birçok market seçeneği bulunuyor. Ancak, gelirken tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda getirirseniz, sizi kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi bekliyor diyebilirim.

Genel olarak her şey güzeldi kahvaltı dahil olsaydı daha iyi olabilirdi onun dışında 1-2 kez elektrik kesintisi yaşadık ama uzun sürmedi tercih edilebilir bir yer gayet konforluydu🙏🏻🌸✨

El apartamento es fantástico por amplitud, vistas y servicios extra como piscina climatizada-sauna-gimnasio. Fatih es un anfitrón excelente que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y te facilita cualquier cosa que necesites. Totalmente recomendable

Gayet güzeldi. Köy merkezi gibi bir yere yürüme mesafesinde degil o yüzden gitmeden önce yiyecek içecek alıp oyle gitmenizi öneririm. Otel konforunda ve temizliğindeydi.

2 haftasonu üst üste ailemle birlikte Oğuzhan Bey’in evinde konakladık. Oğuzhan Bey de annesi de bizi çok sıcakkanlı bir şekilde karşıladı, her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptılar. Evin temizliğinde herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Huzur dolu, sakin bir yerdi. Sayelerinde güzel haftasonları geçirdik. Herkese önerebileceğim bir deneyim oldu bizler için🙏🏼

Very good studio in a good location, everything is sparkling clean and brand new. The place had just been renovated a month ago. Internet was very stable aswell. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu. Daha önce Sapancada farklı yerlerde konaklamış birisi olarak söylüyorum bunu, misafir için değil de kendileri yaşayacakmışcasına bir ortam sunulmuş. Ev tertemizdi, imkanlar oldukça yeterliydi bişey istememize gerek bile kalmadı. Havuz 7/24 sıcaktı 2.5 yaşındaki kızım rahatlıkla girdi. Ev yerden ısıtma oldukça sıcaktı klimalara gerek kalmadı. Bulaşık makinesinin olması tatilimizde zaman kaybı yaşatmadı ve hijyen açısından en iyisiydi. Bazı yorumlarda havuzda sabah uyanınca böcek gördük yazmışlar bu çok normal bir durum açık alan böcekte olabilir, ağaç çiçekleri de düşebiliyor ama temizlemek için file de konulmuş zaten. Gelen misafirler için eksik diyebileceğim tek şey havlu ve terlik diyebilirim. Havuz için havlu konulmamıştı duş için vardı fakat biz şahsi havlularımızı kullandığımızdan sıkıntı olmadı. Gerçekten parasını sonuna kadar hak eden bir yerdi. Her şey için Elif hanım ve eşine teşekkür ederiz☺️ Aklımız kaldı, yine yeniden gitmek isteyeceğiz:)

Öncelikle evin dekorasyon ve tasarımı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Gerçekten çok sıcak bir ortamı vardı. Konuklar için her detay düşünülmüş. Sunulan ürünlerin tamamı vegan ve çevre dostu ürünler olması önemli bir detaydı. Serin sayılabilecek bir haftasonu olmasına rağmen kombi ile rahat biçimde ısındık. Gökçe & Derya konuklarını gerçekten "konuk" olarak gören son derece nazik ve yardımsever insanlar. Bize her konuda hızlı biçimde dönüş sağladılar. Sundukları olanaklar ve yardımları için teşekkürler.

Sebla Hanım ve ailesi baştan sona bizlerle çok iyi ilgilendiler. Gerek kahvaltılar olsun, gerek sıcak havuz, gerekirse de şömine her türlü olanakta bize yardımcı oldular. Kaldığımız ev kış ayı olmasına rağmen her zaman sıcacıktı. Temizlik açısından hiçbir sorun yoktu. Kaldığımız süre boyunca bize sürekli yardımcı oldular güleryüzleriyle bizleri evimizde hissettirdiler.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 days. It was just like the pictures, very clean and modern. The location is great - just a 15-minute walk to Taksim Square and 30 minutes to Nisantasi. Burak and his father were very kind, helpful, and always there for us. Everything worked perfectly, and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely book this Airbnb again. Thankyou!🌸

В самой квартире уютно, удобная кровать и красивый вид как во двор, так и на оживленную улицу. Однозначно бы вернулась еще! Спасибо за заботу комфорт🖤
