The place is spacious and clean. A little far from the city from it’s okay if you have your own vehicle. I definitely rent the place again.

Sir Yolando's house is our home away from home. It was clean and all amenities were complete. Sir Lando was very hospitable and welcoming. He knows how to adjust to our language and accommodating to our request. Perfect stay for a first time user of airbnb. 😊

Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. This is a great house for an extended stay in Butuan. A little out of the city center, but with a great place to eat at 'All Home' just outside the subdivision. Claire was super friendly and helpful. Very well furnished with lots of kitchen utensils and cookware as well as a supply cabinet full of essentials like trash bags, towels and toilet paper. we were expecting the yapping dogs next door, so it didn't bother us too much but be forwarded. compared to other places in the area, Butuan, this place is the best. Electric power is limited, so when the hot water heater is used, other appliances must be turned off. you must also call to schedule water delivery. like a home away from home. much appreciated 👍👍

The property worked out for my purposes. Enjoyed the WiFi entertainment, AC in rooms, and a kitchen to cook. In a secure and private neighborhood. Thanks Rupert.
