Agria: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Man kann es als kleines Juwel beschreiben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft dazu, machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Hier möchte man verweilen und bleiben. Unterhalb der Unterkunft gibt es eine traumhaft schöne Bucht zum Baden, mit Türkis-blauem Wasser. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Lena war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man die Landschaft und Ruhe genießen mag.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marios place. It is in a great location, just on the center of the village. Marios is very responsive, gives good local advice. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back again.

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

Dimitris was an amazing host! Super responsive, nice, and helpful. The location is great, you have a private beach when the restaurant is closed, and a great restaurant for dinners (we ate there every night). It's as close to the water as can get. It's worth mentioning that the apartment is older than the impression we got from the photos, and that there's an AC only in the entrance hallway. We didn't mind, the provided fans were enough. Overall our vecation wouldn't look the same if we stayed elsewhere, and we would love to come back in the future!

Πολυ καλή τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση. Καθαρός χορός, φωτεινός και τακτοποιημένος. Ο κύριος Γιώργος πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και πολύ φιλικός. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ! Ευχαριστούμε κύριε Γιώργο! Εις το επανιδείν!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Es war alles richtig schön und wir haben uns total wohl in der Unterkunft und auf dem Grundstück gefühlt. Es war dort wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin war super super lieb!! Sehr empfehlenswert

Nice appartment, quiet yet central. Leuteris was so nice to check me in within 3 hours of my booking inquiry, which was very spontaneous and friendly.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

On arrival Dimitrios's father in-law welcomed us to paradise and he was right. The views and proximity to the beach were outstanding. The location was peaceful and calm. The views, and especially sunsets, are sublime. A very 'Greek' restaurant in the village was a short walk away but we generally felt reluctant to travel beyond the flat and beach. This must be one of the dreamiest locations. Nature has gifted Dimitrios generously! The flat itself is comfortable and well equipped. The kittens were an added pleasure.

Wir - zwei Erwachsene - haben uns für drei Wochen in dem Häuschen von Stergios direkt am pagasitischen Golf gelegen eingemietet und uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen ist zwar recht klein, die Küche und das Bad sind recht beengt, aber wir konnten uns damit sehr gut arrangieren. Für eine vierköpfige Familie wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas zu klein, aber da man die Terrasse als Wohnzimmer-Erweiterung nutzen kann, könnte man sich auch mit vier Personen wohl fühlen. Natürlich ist die Lage des Häuschens einzigartig, aber darüber hinaus eben auch ruhig und trotzdem nicht weit von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder bei Stergios einmieten.

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Logement très confortable et propre, qui correspond parfaitement à la description. La maman d'Antonis nous a donné les clefs et fait visiter l'appartement. Un accueil chaleureux avec de quoi faire un petit déjeuner et l'essentiel nécessaire pour le séjour. Y avons passé une nuit à trois .Je recommande.

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

We enjoyed our stay at Κλάρα and Christos' Airbnb and would recommend it for any couple or young family wanting a base for exploring the Pelion peninsula. The property is a single floor apartment in a modern high-spec villa complex. Inside it is spacious and comfortable, and one of the best equipped Airbnb's I've ever stayed at - it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen equipment, extra linen/towels, to toiletries. Outside there is a covered sofa area with a nice view across the sea, and a connected courtyard with barbecue and table/chairs. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, and a 5 min drive in to the centre of Afissos. Christos was an exemplary host, in contact in advance with helpful instructions, and was always available by phone throughout our stay to answer questions/help.

Wir wurden so herzlich von Katerina und Giorgos empfangen und haben uns sehr gefreut, die Eigentümer dieses wunderbaren Ferienhauses persönlich kennenzulernen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt – man spürt in jeder Ecke, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt darin steckt. Wir waren in der zweiten Aprilhälfte dort. Das Haus war hervorragend vorbereitet, absolut sauber und trocken – etwas, das wir zu dieser Jahreszeit leider nicht überall erlebt haben. Dank der Heizung, die wir an kühleren Abenden genutzt haben, war es selbst im Frühjahr sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert. Ab Ostern hatten viele Tavernen geöffnet, und in den umliegenden Orten sowie am Strand herrschte eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Region lädt zum Wandern ein, man kann sehr gut essen gehen und traumhafte Strände entdecken. Für uns war es ein ganz besonderer Ort – wir würden uns sehr freuen, wiederkommen zu dürfen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

επιλέξαμε τον συγκεκριμένο χώρο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει την οικογένεια μας λόγω του γάμου μας, και χρειαζόμασταν έναν χώρο για διαμονή 6 ατόμων. ειλικρινά, δεν μπορούμε να βρούμε ούτε ένα ελάχιστο αρνητικό σχόλιο να πούμε. μόνο θετικά. Ο χώρος αρκετά μεγάλος και άνετος με μεγάλο σαλόνι ικανό να υποδεχθεί αρκετά άτομα, με μεγάλο καναπε κ πολυθρόνες αλλά κ τραπέζι με καρέκλες σε έναν ενιαίο ανοιχτό χώρο. Η κουζίνα είχε όλες τις παροχές, φούρνο, ψυγείο, εξοπλισμό (όλα καινουργια) κ τραπέζι κ μπαλκονι για να απλώνουμε ρούχα. τα δωμάτια άνετα, καθαρά με πολύ άνετα στρώματα τα κρεβάτια τους.2 μπάνια που ειδικά το ένα ήταν άνετα για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο. υπήρχε τόσο πλυντήριο όσο κ στεγνωτηριο. μεγάλο μπαλκόνι από την πλευρά του σαλονιού με υπέροχο φωτισμό. η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς ήταν κέντρο κ σε 2 λεπτά ήσουν δίπλα σε όλα. μόνο μπράβο στην κα Μαρία και τον Γιώργο για την ζέστη τους υποδοχή κ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση. άρτια επικοινωνία οπότε χρειαστηκαμε το οτιδήποτε. άξιζε τα χρήματα που δώσαμε!

Ένα από τα καλύτερα airbnb που έχω μείνει.Εξαιρετικο σπίτι και εξαιρετικές παροχές.

Allez y les yeux fermés ! Dimitris a été adorable avec nous , il était réactif et gentil à chaque échange que nous avons eu. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Spacieux, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé à 10 secondes de la promenade en bord de mer. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre ou partager un repas en amoureux ou entre amis. La cuisine est top, le lit est confortable, le salon cosy, la salle de bain nickel également. En plus tout était vraiment super propre. Je recommande à quiconque voudrait passer un super moment à Volos !

Axilleus was a fantastic host, communicating everything clearly, which made our stay wonderful. Just steps from one of the most beautiful ports in Greece, the restaurants & shops are very near. Will look Axilleus up again in the summer, when I come to visit Volos for a longer stay.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία και πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα.

Due to a general strike in Athens which delayed our international flight by 24hrs, I was forced to cancel this reservation. The host called me and was very understanding. We had preexisting reservations for the following days so were unable to work out an alternate stay. The host was a pleasure to speak with and I'm sure his place in Volos would have been nice.

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο, άρτια εξοπλισμένο, παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις και πολύ καθαρό. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πάντα άμεση, φιλική και αποτελεσματική. Σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή διαμονής την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε τον Βόλο.
