With your car can visit the nice villages of Pelion, to get to the sea in 5-7min or go to Volos city in 20min. There are plenty of nice footpaths to go for walking or for horse riding in the near distance from the village.

It's a traditional renovated old stone house of 100 m², having two bedrooms and a big living room with an open kitchen, accommodating up to 6 guests. Ideal for families (ask for a discount for kids up to 12 y.o.). It has a huge yard around, with a great view towards the village of Saint George at Pelion Mountain and the sea. It's in the center of the village, providing at the same time an absolute privacy. It's perfect for vacations as it combines vacations to the mountain close to the seaside.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Pelion country cottage at Kissos Village

Kissos is a small beautiful and picturesque village, surrounded by dense vegetation, which is located 52km from Volos through Portaria , at an altitude of 660m. You can also arrive to Kissos by cutting a road, through the new road that passes by the ski resort of Chania. There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

Villa Erifili by Pelion Esties

Η Villa Erifili εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο είναι το ευρύχωρο καθιστικό, η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Μια ξύλινη σκάλα οδηγεί στον όροφο όπου βρίσκονται τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια και ένα ακόμη μεγάλο μπάνιο. Δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στην καταπράσινη αυλή υπάρχει και από τους δύο ορόφους. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει παραδοσιακός ξυλόφουρνος σκεπαστός με πέργκολα και τραπεζαρία με ξύλινο τραπέζι. Γύρω από την μικρή πισίνα υπάρχουν ξαπλώστρες.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

«Classic House» is a single storey stone-built house measuring 40 m² and forms part of the traditional guest houses «Chrissi Nefeli». It can accommodate two (2) people in a very "warm" setting, ideal for couples. This traditional house has a spacious double room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed can be added in case of a family of three or a small company of maximum 3 persons.
